11:00 a.m. Witch Hunters Extraordinaire (Episodes 1-3)
Directed by Dave R. Watkins/Produced by Eric Bomba-Ire
Comedy/horror TV series that follows the adventures of the world's least talented witch hunters.

1:00 p.m. Fans and Freaks: The Culture of Comics and Conventions
Directed by Stephen & Suzie Lackey
Documentary. Featuring Karen Black: star of over 50 films including the upcoming Rob Zombie film called House of a Thousand Corpses, Trilogy of Terror, Nashville, and Easy Rider. Also featuring: members of the rock band GWAR; Jerry Only, professional Wrestler and member of the punk band The Misfits; Dick Warlock, genre star of films such as Halloween II, Child's Play, Jaws, and a stunt double for Escape From New York; and a special appearance by Gabriel Koerner from the film "Trekkies." Filmmakers in attendence.

    The Atlanta Film Festival has recently moved offices to the campus of Georgia State University. All ASG meetings will be moved to GSU. We are still awaiting details on where our meetings will be held and will let you know ASAP.

    ASG MEETING DETAILS

    The Atlanta Screenwriters Group meets at the offices of the Atlanta Film Festival.

    Our meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd THURSDAY of each month. Meetings start at 8 p.m. and usually last about 3 hours.
